Welcome to Kidslife Daycare! We believe that quality early care and education is a partnership between parents and a childcare provider. At Kidslife Daycare, it is our mission to partner with parents, and to provide children with developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, loving environment where they are free to explore and learn. Kidslife Daycare is a Christian-based program. We believe that at this developmental stage, children thrive from loving, responsive relationships with caregivers, based on respect for the child and his or her family. At Kidslife Daycare, your child will have the opportunity to explore and grow, create and discover, build relationships with his or her peers and become confident learners who are rooted in the teaching of the Bible. Bethani Allen has found true blessings under the leadership of Kidslife Daycare East. With a lifelong dream of managing a Christian-based childcare center fueled by her love for Jesus and children, Bethani considers it an honor and a gift to serve as the director of a center that prioritizes teaching children the love of Jesus.
Over the past ten years, Bethani has amassed extensive childcare experience, including various internships. In 2012, she graduated from Seton Hill University with a bachelor's degree in Childcare Administration and Psychology. Having held roles such as assistant teacher, lead teacher, and assistant director, Bethani asserts that her role as director at Kidslife Daycare has been the most rewarding.
Bethani guarantees the utmost quality care for your children under her leadership. With a dedicated and caring team, they ensure that your little ones receive joy-filled care every day.
Meet Our Directors
Tricia Cerro, Director of Kids Life Daycare North is a devoted mother of four daughters and a passionate advocate for early childhood education. Tricia is living answered prayers through her journey transitioning from a successful career in the hotel industry to fulfilling her lifelong dream of returning to early childhood education.
Holding a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Elementary Education and Early Childhood from California University of Pennsylvania, Tricia brings extensive experience to our team. She furthered her education in Special Education, dedicating her efforts to serve children with developmental challenges in Allegheny County. With her education career starting as a preschool teacher, Tricia steadily advanced to the role of Assistant Director, where she honed her skills in early childhood education.
Tricia is devoted to growing Kids Life Daycare North, with an ethos centered around joy in service and a commitment to nurturing children. She believes in creating a childcare program that builds a strong, faith-based foundation for our young future leaders, empowering them to thrive and love Jesus. Together with her team, she aims to minister to surrounding communities by providing meaningful childcare opportunities with the guidance of Early Learning Resource Center - Region 5
